The booklet describes the normal physical events of puberty, and it addresses the range of normal timing of puberty in girls. It discusses some reasons why some girls may start their puberty earlier than others, and it describes what might happen if a girl with early puberty visits a Pediatric Endocrinologist. Many practical pieces of advice and answers to commonly asked questions are also offered. The final page lists a few resource books on puberty which parents and girls may find helpful.
