Ni militantes ni médecins mais plutôt mères, le point de vue des auteures place l'expérience maternelle au cÅ?ur de l'allaitement. Les multiples recherches sur lesquelles repose l'information de cet ouvrage assurent justesse et rigueur aux propos parfois hors des dogmes et idées reçues (en ce qui a trait par exemple au sommeil du bébé allaité, l'âge du sevrage ou la diversification alimentaire).
