Each picture card included in the kit has an individual objective with information and teaching questions on the back. Lesson plans include teaching strategies to supplement the use of the picture cards. These strategies encourage increased student involvement through the use of dramatic play, activities which require students to think and make decisions and demonstration and use of real hygiene products. Tests have been developed for this curriculum to determine the level of student understanding.
