Abstract
In this, Dr. Wagner uses the powerful metaphor of the Worry Hill to describe OCD and its treatment clearly through the eyes of a child. Children and adults will identify with Casey's struggle with OCD, his relief that neither he nor his parents are to blame, his sense of hope about recovery, and eventually, his victory over OCD. This is the only OCD book for children and adolescents that has companion books for parents (What to do when your Child has OCD: Strategies and Solutions) and for therapists (Treatment of OCD in Children and Adolescents: A Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Manual). The metaphor of the Worry Hill is a common thread that weaves through all three books. These books provide families with tools of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT.

This sign language book series is a valuable tool for parents and teachers to use with their children at home or in school. It uses a multi-channel system to build vocabulary; signing, finger spelling, reading, and writing. A matching game is explained step-by-step inside and is only one of many ways you can help make learning fun for children.
The 16 vocabulary items were chosen based on research of hand-shape and sign language acquisition in deaf children from ages 18 months to 6 years.

Abstract
Depicts, step by step, children demonstrating various social skills. Each skill is formatted sequentially, similar to a cartoon strip, with digital pictures of actual children combined with text and cartoon bubbles to denote what the children are saying - and sometimes thinking - as they engage in the skill. Included are the right (and sometimes the wrong) way to act with accompanying text that enhances the learning experience. These pictures provide a means to compensate for the inherent difficulties many autistic individuals share. They make explicit what to do and say in social situations. In addition, by utilizing a picture format, they capitalize on students' visual processing strengths to facilitate attention and comprehension.

Abstract
This picture book appeals to the visual strengths of students on the autism spectrum, with color photos of students demonstrating various social skills in the correct (and sometimes incorrect) way. The skills depicted are meant to be read, role-played, corrected when necessary, role-played some more and, finally, to be practiced by the student in real-life social situations. ?Thought bubbles? show what people are thinking during these interactions (not always what you hoped!). Practical, engaging, and down-to-earth, this is a valuable tool to help teens navigate the often-mysterious rules of social conduct in everyday situations.

Abstract
The World of Relaxation was conceived as a way to reach out to patients lying in bed in the hospital and inviting them to experiment inwardly, with Jon’s guidance, in bringing mindful awareness to their present-moment circumstances, utilizing the occasion of having to lie in bed for some time — whatever the viewer’s medical condition and prognosis — to do something for him or herself to promote healing of the mind and body, as a vital complement to whatever the health care system and one’s doctors are doing by way of medical treatments and rehabilitation. The practices in The World of Relaxation are guided meditations similar to the formal practices in the week out-patient mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) program, particularly mindfulness of breathing, body sensations, thoughts and emotions; and the body scan.
