Abstract
This DVD includes three programs to support children and young teens who have visible and non-visible health differences. When used in classrooms or presented to groups, these programs may be useful to educate general audiences to promote inclusion and understanding.
Kids are featured as they enjoy a variety of sports, recreational interests, hobbies, educational activities and have fun with friends. They talk openly about their lives, health and physical conditions, and what they'd like other kids to know about them.
Program 1: "Kids Just Want to Have Fun!" - Features kids with cerebral palsy, neuromuscular conditions, spina bifida, amputations, cleft lip and palate, and burn scars. For grades K - 5 (7 min.)
Program 2: "What's the Difference?" - Features kids with cerebral palsy, neuromuscular conditions, spina bifida, amputations, cleft lip and palate, and burn scars. For grades 6 - 10 (8 min.)
Program 3:"More Alike Than Different" - Features kids with hearing loss, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy and neurofibromatosis. For grades K - 7 (8 min.)

Abstract
Today, the unrelenting pace of technology change and growth of complexity calls for a different kind of safety thinking. Automation and new technologies have resulted in new roles, decisions, and vulnerabilities whilst practitioners are also faced with new levels of complexity, adaptation, and constraints. It is becoming increasingly apparent that conventional approaches to safety and human factors are not equipped to cope with these challenges and that a new era in safety is necessary. In addition to new material covering changes in the field during the past decade, the book takes a new approach to discussing safety.
