Abstract
The ADAMTS (A Disintegrin and Metalloproteinase with TromboSpondin Repeats) are a novel family of secreted metalloproteinases. There is increasing evidence that distinct ADAMTS subtypes play key roles in embryonic development, reproduction and cancer. Nineteen ADAMTS subtypes have been identified in humans but most of them have been characterized only at the structural level. ADAMTS-1, -4, -5, -8, -9 and -15 have been subclassified into a subfamily, known as aggrecanases, owing to their ability to cleave the important extracellular matrix components, versican and aggrecan.

Poor Duncan just wants to color. But when he opens his box of crayons, he finds only letters, all saying the same thing: His crayons have had enough! They quit! Beige Crayon is tired of playing second fiddle to Brown Crayon. Black wants to be used for more than just outlining. Blue needs a break from coloring all those bodies of water. Abstract
A young boy becomes fascinated with his mother's bindi, and asks her to explain what it is and why she wears it. She tells him that the red dot is commonly worn by Hindu women to indicate the point at which creation begins. When he wishes to have one of his own, she agrees to it, and teaches him about its cultural significance, allowing the boy to discover the magic of the bindi, which in turn gives him permission to be more fully himself.

Abstract
Everybody needs friends - especially a boy in a dress!
Dennis' life is boring and lonely. His mother left two years ago, his truck driver father is depressed, his brother is a bully and, worst of all, no hugging is one of their household rules. But one thing Dennis does have is soccer. He's the leading scorer on his team. Oh, and did we mention his secret passion for fashion?
When Dennis' friend Lisa discovers his stash of Vogue magazines, she convinces him to vamp it up and wear a dress to school. But in class, his hilarious hijinks as "Denise" are brought to a screeching halt when the headmaster discovers his secret and delivers the worst punishment of all -Dennis is expelled from school and therefore forbidden to play in the soccer Final Cup!
Can the team win the most important game of the year without their star player? And, more importantly, will Dennis gain the love and respect of his friends and family, even in a dress?

Abstract
It is the rise from falling that Brown takes as her subject in Rising Strong. As a grounded theory researcher, Brown has listened as a range of people?from leaders in Fortune 500 companies and the military to artists, couples in long-term relationships, teachers, and parents?shared their stories of being brave, falling, and getting back up. She asked herself, What do these people with strong and loving relationships, leaders nurturing creativity, artists pushing innovation, and clergy walking with people through faith and mystery have in common? The answer was clear: They recognize the power of emotion and they?re not afraid to lean in to discomfort.

Abstract
Teresa had lost one of her legs, cut off above the knee, in an accident riding with her brother on her father's ATV when she was only three. Now she is ten-ish and has the chance to go to live with her aunt and uncle in Vancouver for a few months to get---and learn to use---a prosthetic leg! It means leaving her family, her dog, and her log-house home in Chilcotin, but it also should mean no more crutches. Not an easy choice for a young girl to make, but as the district nurse in Chilcotin said, Teresa had never been afraid to try something new, and she decides to accept the challenge.
