Abstract
This CD guides the listener to practice breath work along with autogenics, statements used repeatedly to induce a state of deep relaxation. Listeners are encouraged to remember a time and place in which they experienced strength and a strong centre(reframed as “inner healers”). The music of Pachabel’s Canon accompanies the guided imagery of a tree Autogenic phrases emphasize growing in confidence and strength “every day in every way”. The closing image is that of energy rising through the body-as sap through the trunk of a tree. This helps to create a full circle of relaxation.

Abstract
"This unique program is for parents and caregivers of children diagnosed with a seizure disorder. The two parts -- Part 1: Diagnosis and treatments and Part 2: Life issues -- help to answer questions like, "What next?" "What are the options?" How will life be affected by this diagnosis?" Doctors, educators, therapists, psychologists, parents and children living with epilepsy all contribute on how best to manage this chronic condition. With enormous time pressure on doctors nowadays, these films prepare caregivers to take full advantage of their medical appointments. At the same time, through humour and resolve expressed by those families with long term experience, they also offer inspiration and hope"- Cover

Abstract
Four stories, told first in English and then in Spanish, explore the imaginative lives of children. The first two tales by Max Tell were originally written in English and have been translated into Spanish by Silvana Goldemberg. The other stories were written by Goldemberg and "interpreted" by Tell, rendering the English and Spanish versions subtly different. "Johnny Small" concerns friendship built on an act of kindness between a very small boy and an enormous boy. "Rodney Scribble" is about a wacky society built around the idea that legible writing is a menace. "Martin, the Brave Prince" shows his aunt what he wants to be when he grows up. In "The Smile Plant," a little girl copes creatively with the loss of a tooth.

Abstract
Dr. Brene Brown draws upon more than twelve years of investigation to reveal how we can disarm the influence of shame to cultivate a life of greater courage, joy, and love. She invites you to explore: 1. The differences and similarities between the experience of shame for men and women; 2. Guilt vs. shame - why one helps us grow, while the other keeps us small; 3. The four elements of shame resilience - identifying our triggers, practicing critical awareness, sharing our story, and speaking honestly; 4. Empathy as the primary antidote to shame.

Abstract
This CD has 2 tracks. One is a guided body scan and the other a sitting meditation. Mindfulness is about being more aware of what is happening in the present moment. MBSR is an 8 week program that was developed by Dr Jon Kabat Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre in 1979 to support people with a wide variety of health and life challenges. With regular practice, mindfulness has been shown to reduce the effects of stress and anxiety, as well as significantly enhancing the quality of our lives by being more present for it.
