This CD provides breath work, guided visualization using progressive muscle relaxation and imagery. It provides some education about the relaxation response which can be practiced over time, enhancing one’s sense of well- being like a bridge from tension to peace or from fear to hope. Breath work allows the listener to “let go” and relax. With imagery and music the listener is guided to create their own unique magical, musical, place of warmth and comfort.

Lyrics for each song are included for sing alongs. The rhythm, beat, instrumentation and lyrics of the songs capture children's attention. The mixture of rock, rap, funk, western and modern lullaby encourage sing alongs. The CD can be used in physical education and dance to teach coordination, balance and sequencing, and in language arts to initiate and inspire writing exercises and musical performances. Grades PreK-5.
Notes
The CD has also been used by speech therapists and is recommended by the BC Teacher's Federation.
