The program was designed to help teens better understand core CF management principles, and features animated depictions of the lungs and digestive system in order to drive home key messages about adhering to lung clearance techniques, medications, enzymes and diet regimen. Also offers an interactive question and answer section, where young adolescents can find advice and tips from older teens with CF about challenges they may face. The CD-ROM also includes programs about IVs, Blood Tests, X-Rays, CT Scans and MRIs and is provided free of charge to children and teens with CF, their families and health care professionals.
