Abstract
This program demonstrates how to care for a man's personal hygiene. The video begins by outlining why personal hygiene is important, and the consequences for poor personal hygiene in a humorous manner. Basic facts, concepts and skills relevant to the practice of good basic hygiene and cleanliness are presented in a clear manner. Part 1 illustrates the steps involved in showering for men, as well as what products to use in the shower, and ends with instructions on how to towel dry. Part 2 includes information on hand hygiene, toileting issues for men, testicular exams, and signs of genital infection.

Les babyboomers vieillissent et s?occupent plus de leur santé que ne le faisaient les hommes des générations précédentes.Même les jeunes sont de plus en plus sensibles à la prévention des maladies. Pourtant, peu d?ouvrages grand public abordent la question de la santé au masculin. C?est à cette lacune que le Dr Dion a voulu remédier en rédigeant ce livre.À l?aide de cas fictifs, inspirés de ceux qu?il rencontre dans le cadre de sa pratique de médecin clinicien, il passe en revue les problèmes de santé auxquels sont exposés plus particulièrement les hommes, notamment s?ils négligent d?entretenir adéquatement leur corps.
